Dr. Rosenberger is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and then completed a one-year general internship and then a four-year Residency in General Surgery at Community General Osteopathic Hospital in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. During his residency, Dr. Rosenberger trained extensively with Drs. DiMarco, Currie and Davidson in the advanced laparoscopic techniques necessary to perform gastric bypass and the gastric banding procedures.
