mistake only 37 lbs. at 4 weeks out. but fell and hurt my hip so walking at a very slow pace. but still trying.

1 week from today I start "the sleeved life"... not exactly looking forward to the surgery, but am looking forward to the months ahead as I finally drop this weight!!

Almost 12 weeks post op and I suffer everyday from this foamy/ fizzy feeling in my throat, any ideas?

One third of the way into Options and I have lost just over one third of the weight they want me to lose pre-surgery so it is looking good. Folks are now having their surgeries within about a week of finishing options so it looks as if I should have my surgery in July.

Am I eating too little? Slow weight loss in first three weeks. I am eating approx 550-600 calories. The NUT thinks this is where I should be. I am exercising too. I have only lost 12 lbs, today is exactly 3 weeks. Should I increase to closer to 800 calories?

Lost 6.2 pounds on my 2 week vacation...I am blown away and didn't expect to lose that much. Go sleeve!

Hey LJ I left a message in chat, but not sure if you got it, saw you were having a hard time with plain water. I had this also, I'm 3 months out on Dec 24, I found that flavored water agreed better with me. They started this in the hospital and it's always been great for me. Like Fruit2O or Dasani flavored water; you may want to give it a try and see if this helps. Good luck

I had surgery on 12/17. Tomorrow is my one week anniversary. I'm already down 20 pounds. Holy cow!

Ack! I need a new battery for my scale. I havent' weighed in 3 weeks and I'm so curious!! Stupid hard to find battery!
