On my way to the airport, heading back to Cali. Sad that my vacation went by so fast. I will be homesick for sure! Not looking forward to working the next couple of nights in a row and starting a new class this week. Gonna miss my family.

Pre-surgery stall. UGH! So thankful for this site. Normally, by now I would have returned to my old eating habits, but I'm sticking to healthier choices, even as the scale decides to stay put. I know that I am loosing inches, as my clothes are getting looser. I took some initial measurements and will measure again just before I start my pre-op diet.

Completed 30 mins on the treadmill (C25K week 2 finished for the first time ever!)... AND 20 on the elliptical! I've NEVER been able to do more than a couple mins on the elliptical before

I started eating solids early about my 3rd week and trust me I have learned trial & error. Honestly, I was tired of eating the same things. I almost went on strike to eat nothing at all because of the same foods. I am eating low calorie foods such as healthy choice & lean cuisine. I can only eat half of the servings.

Have not been on here for a while I am 3 almost 4 weeks out! This is not as hard as I thought! 30 pounds down!

ok so iam post op almost 5 weeks what can i eat getting tired of the same things any ideas ????

my doc says absolutely no gym until our 1month visit along with things like moving the vacuum, putting dishes away, only 15 minute walks, etc! i've lost 20lbs so far in these 2 weeks & now i see it slowing down!!! i jus want to get active again & put this sleeve to work!

One of the biggest blessings to come from my sleeve journey is my new love for exercising. I am working out 4-5 days a week. I jogged for 1 minute on the treadmill. Yay!!!

uhhh....I hate these fricken stalls...they seem to come way more frequently now.
I am happy at the weight I am now, but I would like to see the scale move down again soon.
