OK - MOnday start of new week.... I am setting my scale aside because it is crushing my spirits. I got on today and it said.. 167 - So NO more scale for a week and we will see what happens. Upping H2O, protein and lowering carbs to see it I can get this going. I was so close to goal before... GRRRRR. Strange thing is my cloths actually feel like they fit better than 2 weeks ago

OMG how is it possible to GAIN a pound when I eat so little.... So I am back to 166 - this teeter totter ride is making me crazy - I need some inspiration and words of encouragement friends!

Exactly 10 pounds to goal now! 165.0 today - I need to breakthrough some how. I have been hanging out at 165-166 for 2 weeks. Gonna jump start a few things today!

Almost "normal" BMI!! I am at 25.2 today - 11.2 pounds till my goal! Will I really ever be "normal"?

Back from vacation - back to reality! 168.8 this morning..71 down 13 to go

FINALLY! 169.8! I have not been in the 160's for decades! There are now 14.8 lbs between me and my final goal! I am exactly 175 days out of surgery / 25 weeks/ less than 6 months. I have officially lost 70 Pounds!!

0.80 between me and 170 this morning! 15.8 Pounds between me and my final goal! Whoot! I love my sleeve!

Weight loss is going so slow this week... hot humid water retention! Come on 160's are SO close!

Back from 10 days vacation - was scared to death to step on the scale which I had not been on since June 5th. Good news and bad news... 1st the bad... I did not stay on plan, I drank alcohol and ate carbs pretty freely. Good news - scale moved down a bit. Even tho I did not stick to plan I lost 2 ounces. Not much but I will take it. I was sure I would be up a couple of pounds! This tool is awesome! I love my sleeve! I know if I would have stuck to plan and got all my water...
