Finally cracked the 150's today... amazing! 159.9 and 4.9 to go until I reach goal. So amazingly blessed.

Oh my...I am almost in the 150's!! 160.8 today and only 5.8 pounds till my goal weight! AMAZING!

6.9 pounds to goal... these last 10 are the hardest ever! I am low carbin it this week. Lots of water and protein to try to jump start this!

I am hitting The Limited today. Buy one get one free dresses, pants, skirts and jackets. My work wardrobe is about to get an update for fall/winter. Shopping has become fun! Just over 7 pounds to goal!

AWE Dang! Labor day weekend was so much fun - I am up 1.5 pounds today ! But I enjoyed it with family and friends and have the right tool to make this gone by the end of the week!

ALMOST to normal BMI...only half pound stands in the way. Funny everyone has been telling me I have lost "enough" and officially I am still over weight on the charts. I am comfortably in a size 8! Love my sleeve!

Finally the scale moved...just bit! Cracked below 165 to 164.9 - Being positive that things will start moving a long again! 9.9 pounds to goal!

Still stuck at 165 - I am going to mix up my work-ups this week. Usually work out before work at 6:00 am - this week moving work outs to 6:00 pm - let's see if that changes anything. Has an awesome NSV this week - bought a pair of size 29 waist jeans... looked to small till I got them on!

Almost Friday yet... it's been a long week. Focused on H20 and Protein. Hopefully when I jump on the scale tomorrow it will have moved in the right direction!

I think I am going to try.... TRY... to take up jogging. Any suggestions on where to start? Would love to set a goal to do a 5K one day.

OK - MOnday start of new week.... I am setting my scale aside because it is crushing my spirits. I got on today and it said.. 167 - So NO more scale for a week and we will see what happens. Upping H2O, protein and lowering carbs to see it I can get this going. I was so close to goal before... GRRRRR. Strange thing is my cloths actually feel like they fit better than 2 weeks ago
