  1. Bahaha yeah. I like it when they've lost like nothing in a year (but lie in their signatures that they've lost heaps) and then give advice on successfully losing weight when they're undoubtably failing with their outdated ideology. Whenever I see that happen I just can't help but laugh. I think I've agreed with you more than anyone else on here, to be honest.

  3. I've read your posts on the forums. You offer a lot of new information that isn't stale. It's fresh and informative. There will always be grouchy women on here that will disagree with you because they're jealous that you're smarter than them, but just always know that what you're saying actually makes sense and everyone else sees that.

  7. Ahhh, I see. I'm thinking of getting back into netball so I can exercise 2 times a week and enjoy it. - this'll be when I'm fit though.

    You've come so far! I've only lost 12.8 kilos, but it's coming off quite quickly so I might be able to catch up to you!...ahaha...yeah right. But either way, your story is inspirational. You should be one of those faces at the top of the page that says before and after :-D

  8. Wow Jamie! That's fantastic! Currently I'm doing an hour of walking 4 times a week and 2 hours of aqua aerobics 3 times a week. I recently had a fill so I'm finding it hard to eat more than 1000 calories, but it's working for me anyways. lol. But I'm getting heaps of nutrition. As for the weekly treat, I usually finish off something my fiancee can't eat, like a ham and cheese toasted sanwich. I'm one of those people who, if I don't work hard enough, I lose focus, so I have to develop a bit of an obsession. I just hope I can turn that obsession off when I've reached my goal - but there's 50 more kilos to go, so it won't be for a while anyways.

    That's inspiration dude! When you've reached your ultimate goal weight are you still going to be dieting and exercising?

  9. Hey Jamie! I was banded last month on the 21st. 12.8 kilos down and still losing. I'm exercising everyday. Are you still exercising? What's your diet like these days? Do you have to do much to keep the weight off?
