  1. Very true! I felt like I needed a jump start and so far this seems like its helping! We still had a few treats over the weekend so we aren't depriving ourselves and then go crazy! Lol!
  2. I haven't been on forever! After losing and gaining the same bit of weight I was getting extremely frustrated. Then I stopped and stayed at 138 for a few weeks... So I thought something has to give. My husband was trying a low sodium diet so I thought why not try it out? He recently quit smoking and had gained a few pounds and wanted to get the pounds off before vacation. I have been doing this eating plan for about 10 days and have lost 5 pounds, he has lost 10. I stepped on the scale and it said 133! I stared at it probably for a full minute and my eyes filled with tears. I wasn't even this thin in high school! Not that it's just about the numbers, I can't believe how great I feel!!! Only 13 more until goal!

  4. Well after being sick with the flu 3 weeks ago I had lost 4 pounds. But after getting well 3 came back but that's ok. My friend introduced me to the virgin diet. I hate the word diet but I read the book anyway. A lot of the healthy eating is what I already do but it showed me a way to fine tune it. So I'm going to try it out and see how it goes! I feel even more motivated to get the last 19 off!!! I was banded 4/12/11 and started out at 215 lbs : ) Sent from my iPod touch using LapBandTalk
