congrats on your weight lost miss. name is mindy ive have lost 70 pounds and down to 399 and i had my sugery on 5/22/09/ i am so glad ive had it. walk my dogs out side and walk on my tread mill. and ride my bike cycle. that fun to me. hope we can be friends. if you face book. u can add me. at lady_bug_29_2005@yahoo.com. hope hear from ya soon.
