I have no regrets either! I had cold feet on my way to the surgical center and told my dad to just make a u-turn and go back home. I cried the whollllllle time they were preparing me for surgery. I even backed out of surgery room and told everyone I dont want to do this. I didn't want to get on the table and then we started talking about vegas.....and boom i was asleep. I even cried when I woke up and went straight for my stomach to see what it looked like. I felt confused and said I can't believe I DID IT!

I consider that a good thing too! kind of relieved, now it will be easier to lose more weight by eliminating some food choices.

OOPS I MEANT TO SAY ONE LESS FOOD ON MY TO EAT LIST. ONE MORE FOOD I CAN NOT EAT AND IT GOES ON THE BAD LIST

soooo I love the mini sausage egg and cheese wakeup wraps from dunkin donuts. I had one this morning on my way to the train. I got stuck for a while! I threw up 3 times and was so embarrased going back and forth to the bathroom on the train. Never again will I order one of those. Im kind of happy that happened because now im too afraid to eat it again and had to use the bathroom on the train. Plus theres alot of carbs in it Everyone was looking at me like either I was pregnant, had a bathroom problem, hungover or something like that. Of course I care what others think. Gotta stop that too! Anything you used to love eating and now cant because it caused you too much embarrasement?

My doctor doesn't require liquids or mushies after a fill......I can eat anything just be very cautious and chew chew chew. I had a fill around 4:30 yesterday and ate some chicken around 6 and i was perfectly fine

I was the same way. Everything will go down fine and you will feel hungry as the same before you got your band. This is normal until you get your fills. I wanted to eat everything in sight and I cheated as well. Just think why did I put myself to go under the knife and now look what im doing? CHEATING! just don't do it. It's easier said than done. I know when do you get your first fill?

I had it done! And with noooo problems. Took two weeks with no Problems to heal and only little incisions n scars!

You will be fine! It was a piece of cake surgery! I cheated a couple times too on my pre-op diet and the surgeon did not have any problems. I thought the same as you, what if my liver didn't shrink enough? But I was okay! Also, I was balling my eyes out as they had me walk into the surgery room. I was balling when I had to lay on the table! It was horrrrible. I told them that I wanted to leave and I changed my mind! They giggled and said don't cry, it will be over before you know. We were talking about Vegas and then boom I fell asleep. Just think about your future

walk walk walk will make these pains go away! I had them too and would call the office asking if I was ok. She would tell me if you were okay you wouldnt' be able to talk to me right now. So tell him to walk walk walk please! Even around the house and go up and down stairs if he can.

Mime was a quick outpatient surgery. Surgery was scheduled for 7 a.m....... and was up and walking by 10ish a.m I went home right away I also had the single incision surgery.

That's exactly what happens Julia! You are so right! I was trying to cover it up but I couldn't, it hurt so much and i started getting hot. I ran for the bathroom gasping for air. It cuts my air intake and I feel like im choking along with sliming finally it goes down and feels better, atleast at home it doesnt matter how long it takes for it to go down. But at work, I feel like im timed. I need to concentrate alot more and slow it down. I know

The last two days I got stuck at lunch. Only 2 out of the 3 ladies that sit with me at lunch know. The lady that doesn't know looks at me funny and asked if I were pregnant today LMAO! she thinks im going to the bathroom to throw up which is kind of true but not. I get so hungry im at the point where i swallow the first 2-3 bites. Ugh it hurts so much and I get up to walk and go to the bathroom. It's so much more comfortable when I get stuck at home rather than at the office. Im about to just tell her I got the lapband so she can leave me alone lol . Also, she looks at what I eat and asks thats all? annoying! what do you do when you get stuck infront of strangers? Im going to run out of excuses why im going to the bathroom. I dont want her thinking im on the toilet that long or making myself puke.

Checking in at 232....I believe its a 4lbs weightloss since the last time I checked in 2 more lbs till I meet my goal!

Mine is below my belly button. Actually, kind of inside the belly button on the bottom lining. If that makes sense lol You can not notice it, but I can feel it if I push on it. He put it there because I have my belly button piereced and said he didnt want to ruin the piercing lol

I get cotton mouth too!! It's weird isn't it. Also I can feel the band gettIng tighter and then it goes away.

I have no problem so far with salad.....wrapping some lunch meat with romaine lettuce is not a bad idea! Need to try that.

Checking in today at 236 (2lbs loss since last wed) I've been stuck in the 230s! only 6 more lbs to go for this challenge
