sugar has empty calories thats why...we dont need them we have enough trouble getting the calories that we need -

i drank coffe before and after.coffee is something i refused to give up.if it dosnt bother your stomache then i say drink it!

i had my third fill a little over aweek ago and feel gret as well.i weighed in at 229 and am down to 222lbs.i started out weighing 268Lbs for a total of 46 lbs lost since jan 20th.good luck in your journey

i know i should only eat about a cup of food,but i am still hungry after that,so i have been eating when hungry.most of the time its actual hunger so i give in,i go for my 3rd fill the 24th,is anyone else like this??

i take phsyc meds and i am doing just fine,thoe side effects you are talking about are just possibilities,it does not mean you will have them -
iate like a pig yesterday and thankfully,i didnt gain anything.i guess i felt sorry for myself and gave in to the food demon

once the doc found the middle of the port,it wasnt bad.but when he jabbed me with the needle i almost kicked him!!i still feel like i have no restriction.i did lose another pound however,but i assume that was from fluids only that day

i wouldnt worry about 1 1/2 lbs.your weight will fluctuate due to Water retention,now if you gained 5 lbs then i would worry.
