Feeling pretty great actually. Was feeling pretty sick until the 22nd, but then after that I was up and about. Actually just got back from working out Called my doc today...this mushie diet is really killing me lol I'm dreaming of pizza!! Anyway, how are you feeling? Better?

Hey Donnie. Basically I exercise Monday - Thursday for about 30-60 minutes at a time. I don't on the weekends because I work way too much and am usually too tired. I eat a small breakfast and a big lunch. Then I try not to eat until around 5 and eat something small. I don't eat after 6pm but I do drink my water. Drink at least 64 ounces of water a day.

Hmmm...I had cottage cheese and yogurt alot. Then again, I love those so it's good. You can get this package of cottage cheese with fruit that's 100 calories. I love those for a snack. The pineapple is delicious! Also I bought go-gurt and I put them in the freezer. It was like ice cream! Um...really I just lived off of those things. Oh, I had Swiss Miss chocolate pudding - 80 cal? SO GOOD!!!
