  1. I am 5'3, 210 lbs and 22 y/o. I am supposed to eat 1350 a day and usually end up between 1300-1500 with more on days I exercise. I really want to try sticking to 1350 though!

    Gastric banding is becoming a more and more popular means of weight loss. Gastric banding is an operation performed under general anasthetic. A surgeon will place an adjustable band around the top of the stomach to create a small pouch to hold food. I came to New You Boot Camp 12st, when I left I was 11st 3lb. Since boot camp I have continued with the exercise and now know what to eat. I have lost nearly another two stone taking me down to 9stone 12lbs. I never thought I’d ever be in my 9 stones ever...   7. Some foods become more stuck after your band is tighter, and there is no reason to eat any of them. The big five are: Bread, Pasta, Sticky Rice, Rubbery Eggs, and Dry Chicken. The band will not tell you how much to eat. Measure your portions carefully.

    Everyday I do excersize. I walk for half an hour then i do yoga & pranayam..feels really refreshing..

    You can do yoga. It is the best excersize for you coz it makes your body flexible.

    do you have to drink skim milk?

    If you need the calories you should be drinking Whole Milk instead of Skim Milk. I drink raw, unpasteurized, non-homogenized milk. It's hard to find, but much better than regular store bought milk
