  2. I eat as if I have restriction and exercise everyday for 30-40 minutes 4 x per week and 60-75 minutes 3 x per week. use the elliptical, stationary bike and treadmill. three meals a day concentrating on proteins. I keep a food /exercise journal to keep me honest too.

  3. yes, I did and still occasionally do feel my port. At first it stung and was almost like a weight. At first I was scared that it might have broken the sutures, but as it turned out is was a combination of movement and the body shape adjustments that were happening, i.e. lost poundage and bloating made it possible for the tummy to jiggle around.
