Hi, Thank you for your story it helps to know I'm not alone. I am stuggling I had surgery one year ago Sept. and lost 80 lbs. but somehow fell out of sink and gain 40 back and I'm so frightened that I can't seem to get back on track. Other than the fills the doctor said it's all up to me. If you have any suggestions please help, haven't really had anyone to talk too.
