  1. I love Turbo Jam cardio party- its not too intense but really gets the job done. My favorite part is the cool down.

    I did it, I jogged 3miles nonstop!

    Finished My first 3 mile JOG-Couch to 5k Wk9 Day 1!!!!!! So happy this time last year I couldn't even walk 30 mins good.Im so Happy. Its crazy I just got on the treadmill and put it on the wk 9 podcast. I said to myself well if I can get to at least 20-28 mins of it I know next week i can do 30 mins-- then I just keep running. And she said on the podcast you have just finished 3miles congrats. Ok I felt like Rocky! LOL! I know now I can do 3 mile jogs starting 3 times a week . I am still 217 lbs well gained .4 so 217.4. My first Couch to 5 K jog was in July at 245 lbs and I struggled with jogging 30 second intervals at 2.0 speed. I am happy to have this opportunity in my life.

    December 2009- 300-305 lbs. March 2010 LapBand- 285 lbs Current Weight(12/14/10)- 218 lbs Total Lost-87 lbs Total Gained- My freedom, My Life, My Health, My Self-Esteem. I am so grateful to the change that I have made in my life- on this day Dec. 15 is my belated mother Birthday. She would be so proud of what I have accomplished and know she is smiling at me.   22. did Zumba Toning @6 tonite and was exhausted. Had to get a whey protein shake after b/c my energy was so low. I don't think I had enough calories today but I got in about 800 today 2mor I will do more.

    So glad my last day @ work is this friday the 17th I am planning out my workouts for the next two weeks till I return work Jan.2. A whole New Year for A Fit Me. So, really come the new year I need a new title for my page. From a A Fit Me N 2010 to.. umm gotta think about it. Sunday-Dec. 19 Wk8D1 couch to 5k-Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then jog 2.75 miles (or 28 minutes). Monday-Dec. 20 Turbo Kick @9:30 Am ZumbaToning@6pm Tues-Dec. 21---Crunch Time Abs + Wk 8D2 couch to 5k-Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then jog 2.75 miles (or 28 minutes). Wed-Dec. 22---- Zumba Toning@9am, Body Pump@7pm Thurs-Dec. 23---Zumba @9am + Wk8 D3 couch to 5k-Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then jog 2.75 miles (or 28 minutes). Frid. Dec. 24 and Dec. 25-- Turbo Jam Cardio Party Sunday- Dec. 26, Tuesday-Dec. 28 and Dec. 31. Couch to 5K-Wk 9D1. Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then jog 3 miles (or 30 minutes). Monday Dec. 27 Zumba@9 and 6pm Wed. Dec. 29--Zumba Toning@9am, Body Pump@7pm Friday Dec. 31 Turbo Kick@8:30am Sat. Jan1 & Sund Jan 2 Turbo Jam Cardio Party So thats 2 weeks planned workouts!! From 45 mins to 2 hrs daily. Goal to weigh in between 205-210 for Jan.1, 2011. I was shooting for 200 lbs on the dot ( may be it will happen maybe it won't) Thats a lot to lose in 2 1/2 wks.
