  1. Contact your surgeon and ask. You have barely eaten though so it should make sense that you wouldn't have one.
  2. Take what you can when you can. The trouble breathing deeply is normal for the first couple of days but if it gets worse, call your surgeon.
  3. Anyone know of a low sugar BBQ sauce?
  4. Maybe an endoscopy? Look that up on the web. It involves sedation.
  5. Are you taking vitamins? I started taking a centrum chewable every day and my loss really sped up.
  6. Love my body media fit. I walked 6.3 miles yesterday just to beat my previous record. I don't use the meal tracking part because I use LoseIt but I do input the total number of calories I had each day. It is beyond comfortable to wear and sleep with. I only plug it in when I am showering and it has stayed charged. I also sometimes check in on my iPhone so I can see how I am doing for the day.
  7. Mari, Maybe try the search function for those two terms. You might get an answer to your question much faster than waiting for someone to respond. Best wishes.
  8. I take Ambien and a B complex daily. I can also take Tylenol. I don't know if that is because I haven't had a fill or if that's true for everyone.
  9. I didn't stay overnight but I've seen a list on here of what to take if you are staying. Maybe use the search function. I loved the sugar free Popsicles. I bought the tropical flavor and they were fab. Get your pain meds and some liquid Tylenol (it has been recalled so try the CVS brand). I also really needed some low sugar apple juice as I had a headache that wouldn't quit at times except when I drank a tiny glass of the apple juice. I think I felt better when I stopped the heavy duty pain meds. I only needed it the day after surgery. I think that's it. Eventually I found I needed listerine breath strips for a few weeks. I don't know if it was the Protein Shakes or the ketosis but I feared my breath was rank! Good luck! You'll do great!
  10. Totally normal. It will be ok. You said yourself that you worked hard to make this happen. Trust yourself.
  11. I just have to say... Today I moved to Onederland! I can't believe it!
  12. You guys are cute. Love this!
  13. Ouch on the ribs! Maybe you need to get taped up.
  14. Call your doctor right away.
  15. I havent been hungry very often since surgery. I was banded four months ago and haven't had a fill yet. I sometimes feel a bit foggy in the head and then I realize I haven't eaten. It is very common for me to take in less than 600 calories. It isn't on purpose - I am just taking advantage of not being hungry. I walked 6 miles this morning and just realized I hadn't eaten today. I kind of like the fact that I'm not obsessing over food but totally recognize that I need to set up a three meals a day plan. My nutrionist and surgeon just tell me it is ok right now.
  16. Arent your incisions covered? I had surgical tape on mine for three weeks after surgery. Maybe ask your doc to call in some liquid Lortab?
  17. I was exactly 200.0 this morning. I'm hoping to join you in Onederland tomorrow!
  18. Oops... Continued... I am not sure what you are feeling there. I didn't feel hunger post op and i still don't feel hunger so I'm not sure what it feels like with the band. My hunger ends up feeling more like I get a bit weak or cognitively slow and then I realize I need to eat.
  19. I think some people don't respond if they don't have any help to offer. I'm b
  20. Great news!!! Keep up the hard work. It's paying off!
  21. Nope. You'll be fine.
