Hey, no band buddy for me on the 14th yet?? So I started my routine of healthy eating and excercise today. I start my 2 weeks of opti fast on the 31st so I thought I would get a little head start so my body doesn't get the shock of its life on day lol!! I'm starting to get really nervous, but excited at the same time. I know you can all relate. I can't wait to start. Take care all and thanks for posting. Don't what I would do without ya'll.

Way to go Yoda!! Guess what, I actually went on my treadmill for 40 mins today! That is huge for me, I've been in a rut lately, now that I am back from vacation I am planning on getting back on track. I start my optifast diet on the 31st so I'd like to start eating better now.

OMG look at my ticker you guys!!! Its less than a month now!

Okay, here goes, lots of sun and cute, cute, cute spanish guys!!! It's a good thing I had my sunglasses on all the time cause I couldn't help but stare. You know, the guys they get to head the entertainment stuff on the resort. Totally built, 6 packs. the works. Okay so I was with my husband who was looking at the girls, hahaha. We had a great time. The drinks were awesome, I think I tried every blended drink there was. The food was okay, not great. I loved the salsa, guac and nachos. I gainded 6lbs!!!! (I think that was mostly from the alcohol) My favorite part of Mexico is shopping in the markets. I love buying that crap, even though I don't need it, it's fun to barter with the people. I guess I missed a huge blizzard here, freezing temps and the whole bit. I'm glad it warmed up just in time!! Now its back to the grind, I return to work tomorrow. :scared:
