Wow, it has been a long time since I been here. Well July 26, 2011 marked my 1st year. And I am losing slow but I much prefer it that way. They say when it is slow that it doesnt come back. I now weigh 289 pounds and losing. And one of the best things that I love is that I am able to walk two and half miles a day. For so long that was a dream to me. I could not walk across the floor with out breathing heavily. And I am LOVING IT!!! My daughter, granddaughter and my nieces we have started a walking club in the evenings. And amazingly people are beginning to join us for the stroll. Now I do have to stop about twice during the walk but stiill that is a LANDMARK for me!!. Yes I fell off the wagon because I couldnt seem to get anything but the soft foods down at first, and yes they were the wrong kind. But now I am successfully getting to where I want to be and pray for the strength to continue.
