When I decided to get LapBand I weighed 275lbs, lost about 20 on my own, I am two weeks post op and weigh 242...4 months ago my clothes were size 22, went to try on clothes at the store yesterday, I can wear size 16:thumbup:..I promised that I would not by clothes because I'm going to be loosing epescially at the beginning....Here is the issue, I'm in a professional, that requires me to wear suite every day..ALL my suites are way to big, they are litterally hanging off me and looks like I borrowed them...I hate the thought of buying more suites when they probably will not fit after a month....and we all know suites are not cheap...what to do:confused:

Today, I feel really good. yesterday was a bit of struggle with the gas, but lots of walking and warm broth soup did the job!...I have no appetitite and worried I won'te be able to take in enough protein, just don't have the appetite to drink thick drinks..I have been drinking water even added Kellogs protein water mix to help...well, it has 5 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber...therefore causing my first BM only 3 days post op...not sure if that is bad or good...i hope my appetitite increases some to want to drink protein shakes...its not that i can't tolerate them, i goes down easily!...i just keep on pushing along!!!

Soo, I waited 2 months before getting my first fill instead of the suggested 4-6 weeks..wanted to see what I could do on my own, I lost 5 pounds..Im not mad about that at all because I really had no restrictions...I started at 270lbs in March. Day of Surgery 259 and current weight 240...My goal is somewhere between 180-190...I'm tall

1 day of liquids...lets see how much I can loose during the next 6 weeks!
