17-10 min walk on treadmill

30 min treadmill. Had too much food for supper for staff party. Lots of resptriciton in the am.

15 min walk outside. I didn;t exercise in the morning...and so I didn't get the job done! Stil stuck at 250

30 min treadmill at a moderate pace. did not push it today, but atleast I got the job done!

Sunday Jan 7/07-30 min treadmill. Ran for 5 min of it.

Felt great - lots of energy

Today is dec 1. Day 2 of watching what I eat. I have PMS, cramps and a headache. Not to mention I am quite hungry. I will try more water today to see if I am less hungry. I opened a bag of cookies last night and smelled them....didn't eat one! I put them in my son's room and I am sure he will take care of that temptation for me. I just have to go well for one day and that is today.

Booked and deposit paid, flights paid. I am committed now!

I need to start dieting soon (for real) to prepare for the surgery. Need to get my head around the fact that I can't cheat. It will all be good.

After 25 years of yo yo dieting I have decided I cant lose it and gain it back anymore. I have decided to go to Dr. Ortiz in TJ and my surgery date is Dec 18, 2006. I think my strongest emotions now are excitement and shame. It will be a long journey, but this seems like a great place to record it.

Thank you to fellow members who have posted about your experience, it made my decision a lot easier. I felt like I was the only person in Canada who was going to go to Mexico to have this done!
