Need post-op help, doing what im suppose to be doing, and no big weight loss. havent got first fill yet, started feb 28 diet and has only went from 356 to 337, need help!!

Post- op help!!! I need to know what I can do to boost my weight loss, i am doing everything they told me to do, and it has slowed already. i havent received my first fill yet. I started out at 356preadmission testing, 353 first day of diet, and 337now. what can i do? I startedFeb 28,2011. I know people who has lost twice that by now. I need help any suggestions???

what is 4week post op diet like? what can be eaten?
