I am on my way to where I want to be to be around for my children. This journey is still quite new to me, but I am enjoying the ride. I once weighed 404lbs. I was 358 lb first picture and 6 and half months later down to 289lb which is about 68 to 70lbs I wont stop here, I will continue to work for my goal but I feel much healthier. My goal is about 175lb but I take one day at a time. Im thankful to GOD and my surgeon and to health delivery shelly and colleen for all there help.
