I had been stalled at the 10 lbs mark for six weeks and then almost overnight I dropped 5. I am excited for you we are both on the shorter side of life with similar surgery weights so I know what is waiting on the other side for you.

I am having a real hard time letting go of my fat clothes I think it is in part my fear that I will regain it all back. I never really *saw* how fat I had become denial is a happy place so I don't see how much I have lost.

Size 6 jeans today...is this really real or am I dreaming?

Thanks about our Bubbles. I don't know what I was thinking went through all my cold weather clothes but thought I could make do with the summer and buy them slowly as it went on sale come Aug especially since so many were tight! I guess I still don't see me yet.

Went to the dentist today good news even though its been 10 years I do not need a cleaning bad news is my stupid acidic saliva has erroded my enemal to the point I will be ending up with a mouthfull of crowns. Insurance covers only $1,000 a year so I'll only be able to do two a year that will take forever!

Have you tried on some of your last year summer shorts that were too tight and have them slide down your legs yet. Its insane!

Poo my vitamin D levels dropped! I knew those two weeks I was out of town I wasn't taking care of things but had no idea two weeks would make a difference.

Eating while away on vacation is really a challenge

How in the world were you able to eat on vacation? I am having trouble getting enough protein dining is limited went to get mexican ate some chicken soup and 1/4 carnitas!

Surgery went well the surgeon said his shoulder ws worse then expected and will probably develop arthritis later in life. We are flying with him to Alaska tomorrow.

Thanks+ Jesse my son is a little freaked by the idea that he will be doing rehab for a year. He has had surgery for some major breaks in his arms (the boy has broken an arm 10 times in his 28 years) and even the last one which happened in Iraq when an IED blew up under the vehicle he was driving and shattered his elbow was rehabed in 4 months. He goes in on the 14th.

It's snowing! It has been off and on all day! It was so much fun going on my walk in it...who knew it was so slippery!?!

Went clothes shopping today first time since my sleeve. Size 10 jeans a tad loose tops large. Pretty wild.
