  6. You might want to. pick up a bottle of liquid tylenol I had a headache from a combination of anesthesia hangover and withdrawals from caffeine, sugar and carbs the first week that really wasn't vicodin worthy.

  7. That is good news all the way around and how lucky are you to be able to have your surgery so close to home. It's silly but I am just so excited for you after having to fight so hard to get this done.

  10. How is this for an "Ah ha" moment? I am now on maintance and while I do have to watch myself now and then I do feel like I am just eating normally. It occurred to me that what I eat now in calories, quality and quantity would be what I would have to be eating if I had not got my sleeve and "Did it on my own" I know with my whole being that there would be absolutely no way I could ever have done that. I know that my pre sleeved self would never feel anything but deprived eating...

  18. I started walking in my twenties when I discovered I could eat whatever I wanted to and the walking kept me thin. Back then I walked to the extreme walking for close to 4 hours a day. At the time there was another woman who ran almost as long. She was known at the time as The Malibu Runner while I was the Malibu Walker. Today some man on his bike stopped to congratulate me on my weight loss he told me he and his family talk about me calling me The Walking Lady. I'm back!!!
