  1. Hope Miss Tatum's arrival yesterday went smoothly and both of you are doing great.

  2. Can you believe it two years! As hot as it has been it feels nothing like it did pre sleeve.

  3. LOL! When will my mind catch up to my stomach!! I have to fight the urge to take two everything before surgery one tub of yogurt, one pop tarte, one taco....as not enough. Now half of one is too much(G)

How did your first post op go? I know you are worried about your weight loss where they happy?

    Nancy

  4. LOL! I am 5'2" and according to the charts I "should" weigh 125 I haven't weighed that since my twenties! Anyway to me that sounds so unrealistic as a goal so when I did the ticker I set it at 140 a number I will be thrilled to see. I think my feet are smaller!

  5. I figured that is what you meant but then again one never knows....grrrrr!

  6. Hope you are home and all went well. been thing of you and checking the board regularly. Nancy

  10. How are you liking the options class?

  11. Hi, How are you doing? Did they have to go back and close again? Do you still have a feeding tube? I think of you often and hope things are getting better.

  12. Hi, I can not believe what Kaiser is doing to you. It is crazy that they don't even take us on a case by case basis just lump us into their rigid standards. It just isn't fair! I saw my PCP last week first time I was there since surgery and explained why I went to self pay I told her mentally I just could not purposely gain 20lbs to meet their standards and she said it would be madness to do that because it would put my health in further rick for problems. Anyway I wanted to tell you how sorry I am and to keep fighting!

  13. Today is my one year surgiversary! A great and blessed day.

  14. How did options go?

  15. Hi, I wanted to ask you something about celiac disease. I understand the diesease what I don't understand is why everyone seems to be on the gluten free diets of late even though those who do not have celiac's. Just wanted to know if there is something to the diet.

    Thanks

  16. You go out and find a wallet me I go out and find a tiny feral kitten.

  17. Here is a picture of the new kitty.

  18. Hi Humpty, I just saw you note about sleep apnea test and wanted to assure you that Kaiser probably won't make you do it if you neck is less then 20" around. My friend who just finished the Options is 5'2" stated the class at 230 at the end was 219lbs. They never asked her to do one of even suggested it and she wasn't rejected for not losing the full 10%.

  19. I hope you are in your room sleeved and doing well.

  20. Hi, Can you believe it has been a month already??? I just had my one month visit all is good I can take a bath again of course now its getting too hot for a night bath (G) When do you go in?

  21. Hi, Thanks again for your great suggestion about checking the options program locally about finding a PCP with WLS experience. The one at Panorama City isn't taking on any more patients but they told me to make a consult with him so he can coordinate my care with my PCP.

    Nancy
