Went to the dentist today good news even though its been 10 years I do not need a cleaning bad news is my stupid acidic saliva has erroded my enemal to the point I will be ending up with a mouthfull of crowns. Insurance covers only $1,000 a year so I'll only be able to do two a year that will take forever!

Have you tried on some of your last year summer shorts that were too tight and have them slide down your legs yet. Its insane!

Ugh! I tried some non fat refried beans with a little shredded cheese maybe 1/2 a cup...way too much didn't get sick but it was close finally after an hour I am starting to feel better. I thought I could eat the same amount as I eat with cottage cheese no way!

Everytime my roots start to grow I try to put off doing anything about it until it looks bad. Because of Thanksgiving I waited too long because of course I wanted to color right before. So DH finally notices all the grey and thought it was because I was losing hair!

Thanks for the b-day wishes. While I seem to be able to eat whatever I want I still stress over food all he time. I worry about eating too much because I am not even sure I know what that means. And my head looks at what I eat and tries to convince me that I haven't eaten enough. And of course I worry that I won't lose enough weight or worse I'll gain!
