I am 40 yrs old and have experienced the loss of several loved ones because of obesity. My goal is to be the change i want to see.it is thoroughly within our power to be disciplined in every area of our lives and I believe through much prayer and obedience I can conquer the spirit of obesity which is trying to overtake my family.
