Hey, I am in Brooklyn, NY and I have GHI. I have 4 more months of doctors visits to do. Where in NY are you?

I am own my way. I have four more visits with my doctor. I have seen the nutristionist, psychologist, cardiologist, and I have had an abdominal sonogram.

I am using Dr. Paul Thodiyil in Brooklyn. My Endocronolgist referred meto him.

I am new to this site & to this journey. I appreciate your honesty. There are some demons that I have to let go being fat, and there are other demons that I will have to let go when I lose the weight. I know I that my emotions are tightly attached to food and therefore I have to make every effort to deal with my issues without food. So i hope being on this site and reading your post will keep me grounded.
