It depends how you look at it. I lost 25 pounds during my PRE OP diet. I didn't expect that. But, that's definitely helped me feel like my goals were more reachable. Maybe low carb? -

I had a cold pretty early out and I called my surgeon. They reccommended that I take NOTHING. They said all those medications will do is dry me out and dehydrate me. The best thing would be to call your surgeon for HIS or HER advice feel better -

Once again, I think I love my sleeve a little more each day. Yesterday one of my girl students told me I looked like a model. Super sweet. Especially because I wasn't feeling very sure of myself because I had on skinny jeans for the first time =)

Today, another student asked me how much weight I have lost and complimented me on my progress. =) It was really sweet because he made an effort to do it in private and appropriately.
