I went to my first seminar last night at St. Lukes Center for WL and was just wondering if anyone has gotten banded there and how was your experience. Please give me any feed back would be greatly appreciated. I have an appointment to meet with the doc. on the 17th of Aug.

I am so EXCITED :thumbup: to be going to the first seminar today to get all the questions answered that I have been having for so long. I must say it has taken me some time to make up my mind(and I have been thinking about this for several years ) and now I know that I am ready to make this life change and live for a healthier me... Next step...calling the Dr. office to get the ball rolling....wish me luck in this process......

Hello I am Kaye and this is my first post, I am very interested in the lap band and just wanted to know if I can get some information on where or how to start this process. I have been told to attend support groups to hear the stories of others that have gone through it already.. So if there is anyone that can lead me in the right direction in Kansas City mo that would be great.
