I really don't consume too many calories, but I sometimes eat things I KNOW I shouldn't have for a couple of days which keeps me at a stand still. I walk for about 50 minutes a day, and take the stairs instead of the elevator, but I'm thinking about adding more! Thanks for the encouragement. This site is such a blessing and inspiration!

It didn't take me long at all. Of course I was there in 2007 and had to jump thru too many hoops, but I did do a lot of procedures.
