Keep up the good work! Some people loose the weight very slowly and this really depends on your surgeon and how much and how often he performs the fills. I am down 74 pounds this week. It really is about the calories you put in your mouth. Be diligent and do get exercise. You will soar! DM

I really don't consume too many calories, but I sometimes eat things I KNOW I shouldn't have for a couple of days which keeps me at a stand still. I walk for about 50 minutes a day, and take the stairs instead of the elevator, but I'm thinking about adding more! Thanks for the encouragement. This site is such a blessing and inspiration!
