I lost 23 pounds by 3 weeks and only 4 since. I am at 7 weeks post op today.

are you feeling like why did i do this? trying to look at the long term results, but i feel like maybe this is it.

I had Dr almanza, just remember that your not in the states and they do things diffrent then we do. i kinda freaked out when we 1st got there and brought us to a lab and when they took are blood they didnt use gloves, but at the clinic they always used them. other wise everyone there was great.
