getting used to my ajusment can't really eat that much and staying full longer

Got a ajustment today and found out that im down to 350 WOOT!!!

Nothing much getting by watching what i eat losing weight one week at a time

Yeah i know how you feel about the same for me with the weight. losing steadily but at least im losing. I lose about a pound or so every week. I'm on my second fill as well and doing pretty well on the restriction. Working on my eating habits but some are just so hard to break and i need to up the amount of exercise i do but I'm working on it this stuff doesn't happen over night.:biggrin:

Hey lisa been awhile how you been i'm doing good i havent lost anymore weight i barely got my first fill and i'm hoping that this will help because i've been eating to much not like i used to before but enough that i haven't been losing any weight but at least i haven't gained i've been maintaining myself. I need to exercise more!

I feeling almost normal except for a little bit a pain on my port side whenever i strech or move to fast. I'm eating mushies also and am very happy to be getting back to actual foodd

very true lisa i'm just happy that with the change in my habits that the weight is coming off cause some people don't lose any weight. And i reallly have a lot to lost before i'm at my goal weight. but any loss is a good loss thats what i think

Thank you very much Leigha i'm so happy with my decision right now that it hard to believe sometimes thats it's barely going to be a week since my surgery. I'm happy i decided to do this young so i won't be having issues when i'm older

yeah i've been walking aroundd the house as much as i can my dad gets mad at me if i start laying down to much. yeah the place where they put the port it the most sore one but my doctor said thats normal. The thing thats driving me nuts is hoe itchy my cuts are getting cause there scabing over. Well as a whole i doing pretty good i've already lost 13 pounds since the surgery so i pretty content with that. how are you doing so far?

I'm doing pretty good not as much pain as i thought. It's time for me to get healed and start dropping the weight!!!!
