Yes I have to agree this liquid diet is for the birds!!! It's only been 4 days for me but I'm dizzy all the time, lightheaded and ready to eat a piece of bread, something, anything!!! How are u doing with the exercise piece? Personally with my asthma I'm afraid of exercising and flaring that up.. Then there goes surgery and i'll have to do this liquid diet all over again!!! Oh heck NO!!! Not to mention I just feel too fat and tired to even lift a leg let alone exercise.. If u have something that's working for u oh please let me know.. I'm just wondering really how soon a person of our size can bounce back after such a surgery... My youngest just turned 6 months and Ima gonna miss picking her up and playing with her...
