i have not been baned yet i dont get that until 8/12 so for now i have really no restriction. i dont eat icecream cand u know stuff like that . i havent started working out i just walk here and there i wanna start the gym so i can do all of that i feel like i lost control for a min. but i gotta get back on the ball

i feel the ame way. I have been see little resultz like my face has slim down alittle and now i can even see my mole on my face and it is not has big as it use to be i might just keep it i wanted to get it remove. I ll let u know who it gose and how i felt after.

i stared with the slim fast but there getting a little costly that don't have like the big cases only the little 6packs so now im drinking these protein shakes i got from gnc this is just my first week and i havn't had pepsi or jusice just water. my cycle started so i did eat two spoonful of noddles and a bowel of cereal on the next but yeater i ate a slice of pizza i felt so bad and it wasnt even that good i did u cheat when u had to fast

You know that you should of been in bed. Your family sounds great. We do something like that. I had no drama at all i just let it go and everything turned out great my son had a great time. Me and his father have be texting and well you know. Hello first and for most luv the black dress thats my style right there where did u get it from. Second i weight the same amount at ur highest well now im like 325 who did u lose the 31lbs for the surgery im alittle worried that i might not lose that much or u might not be able to tell my dr. said i should get the gastric so ill have better results since im so big but i told him im good w the band and ill just work hard to lose the weight im very curvey and i dont want to lose that

I didn't get a date yet i stil have to get my testing done and they are on 1/19 my next day off i have to build my pto back up again the DR said i had lose some weight before i could get the surgery done so it would be saft for me i am now 320 wow i finally said it and since than i have been in a very blue mood and it is also some personal thing going but that explans the one pint of haagan-dazs ice i just ate before dinner but ill get it togeether thanks for bday shot and keep on keeping on

Thanks alot i used to like L/B i got alot of cute dresses and stuff a couple of yrs ago but now not so much i live in philly pa so i guess location means alot well i see my nurtionist on 18 and i only have to see them 1 and psyc evel and thanks it so ill see what the say and what program the put me on im still getting the same old food but not as much its like i mind is already doing smaller portion but the same old food after mday is my last taste of my fav than it time to get ready for the change

Hay girl. how is everything going. I got banded on tuesday. The pain is almost gone its still alittle hard to sleep at nite but everything else is going great. I have not weighted myself yet. I still get hungry but after like three little spone fill of my jello or yogurt im done and right now my fav is tomatoe soup i cant wait to eat real food

I had my surgery on 7/7 double luck huh i have not weighted myself yet i have a dr. appt tomorrow i dont trust my scale my scars look great and i had some pain the first two days but than it was ok i get alittle hungry but i try to stick to the diet hope all is well and ill be counting down the time with u

What is ur work pain i need to start one like now i try to walk what else can i do now when u say drink my protainshakes w icecream is that before or after surgery

Thats great i plan on working out but the gym seems so boring to me so i decided to do strip aerobic we had one for my sisters b-party and it was so much fun and the next day i thighs and stomach hurt so bad and i didnt even do the real stuff we just did the lap dance and spining around the poole some of us did get up there but i couldn't get me big self up there but i planed to do that lose weight and might even turn a dude out in the same process ha ha ha !

My son isn't that glad about it because all my family is here but i think once we get there and he make new friends he'll be o.k and who knows my mom might come with me im tring to bring my nephew with me too well see and screw the man im good by my self
