First test down and 5 to go i am so excited i don't know what do. My bf family member had it done and i saw this morning and she looks completly diffrent and im planning on having it done in the march so just in time for the summer how do you feel today

how are you doning. im all done with my pre op testing now its time to see if my insure is going to aprove me i a little afraid so i put it to the back of my mind i went to get my ugi yesterday and i looked in the mirror and i have gained so much weight im 325 now and i look every bit of it i hope the band can really help me because im losing control of my weight

So on ur two fast before the diet u did eat and u still lost 15lb wow i have been eating but not like i use to ill have hot dog here and a donut there only one but it do'nt taste the same thy make my stomach hurt now i still drink my shakes but there only 100cal so i have to drink more so i do supplement but not much i have exactly 7days to go so now im on completly liquids. Its no fun because im still alittle hungry

What is ur work out plane i need to find a good work out plan

I'm good. Yesterday was my b-day and turned 28 and i meet w my surgeon and im on my way. I am a little depress but i think its just the lack of a few things but other than that im good . How are you! how was your holiday

hay gurl it jessica from laptalk. I need alittle help. I was banned on 7/7 and since then i lost 14lbs. Now that im been back to work i feel like i gained the weight back. I first fill is wednesday. Did u gain any weight beforwe u got ur first fill. Im so afraid i hunry more but i can't eat as much as i did but i can eat . When did u start losing ur weight and what is ur work out plan. Please can u give me some advice. I dont want to go through having surgery cant keep the weight off or lose any more

How long did it take to lose the 80lbs

I know this morning i jut had a couple of small pieces of watermelon and water. Right now im on soild foods so ill just fellow what the books say i should eat. my portions are small and i like that so i have to get a grip. im so sorry to hear about u band i hope everything works out with that and they can fill it back up angain u look great
