Hey Missy...U doing great!!! n yes it's a slow process,but we'll get there...I'm a 14 now,but it's was coming off due to stress!!! My oldest son has been through alot these pass few months and being a mom sometimes brings pain when ur children are n trouble....God is able and he's n control....My hair is doing fine as of now,but I wear alot of sow ins....I'm always cutting mines off anyways,so If it does happen,I can and have rocked the fade...lol.Well u keep up the awesome work..I'm still not restricted yet and I'm on my 3rd fill.My nurse says I should be at my green zone at 5....two more to go!!! Yeah!! Have a Blessed week and just think by the summer next year we'll have it going on!!!! God bless

Good luck and keep me posted....I just signed up for a fitness class and classes has started so back to my routine....summer is over!! ugh...back to the busy schedule...weight loss should be alot better once I start in the gym...Stay focus n i'll check back later...God bless

Hey Girly...I'm doing fine,but know I can do better!! It's been a slow process but better than nothing...I'm a 14 now!! was a 20 but not all the weight lose came from surgery..only18...slow is better though..a tear is my goal to be an 8...u keep the faith and I'll do the same...God Bless!!

Hey Mb,hope all isgood,besides ur nerves..been there,so i know how u feel!!! My doctor put me on the shakes for 2wks..3shakes a day,water,crystal lite,ad crystal lite popsicles..if u have to chew only one protein bar a day,which was bought from their store.I didnt buy them...it really works!!! first 3days are the worst,after that it gets easier..Good luck..Secondly,i took off for a month because my job wont let u go back to work with restrictions...n i loved it!!! aweek is all u need...the staff couldnt believe their eyes n i was soooo glad i can eat soft foods now and n afew days on solids..my filled is on the 22nd...cant wait o the college students come back at the end of August,they wont know me by then...i'm a 14 now n loving it!!! goood-bye size 20's!!!! Good Morning...just going over ur results,great!! Did they tell u how long the wait is going to be?? Hey,I know what u mean...I guess i thought it would be different,but n time we'll get there...It's strange my family says it looks like i'm losing...I go to the doc's on the 8th...i'll b dicussing how i feel 2...they require me to eat 600-800 calories for the next 6mo.n drinks 64oz.water n exercise...Good luck n keep me posted..I've lost 8pds so far n my month will be this Wednes.(7th) Have a safe n blessed holiday weekend!!! Hey,i did go on the liquid diet 2wks before surgery..it was protein drinks that had to be purchased from my doctor's n they were very expensive!!! I lost 14pds,but my doc.knew i cheated because she said i shouldhave lost more....ha ha n she was right!! I did cheat,but not much....i still think i did good...

Gurl,thanks...because this band can be confusing!!! I'm soo worried about the diet stages...i dn't want to drink alot,but i know protein is a must!!! I'm glad to hear n time it will change..thanks so much for ur advice..u have a blessed week...gwen

Morning freda,gurl thanks soooo much for the advice...i was losing it!!!lol yeah,i have been moving around daily to work out the gas...this morning when i got up i noticed it wasn't as bad,but scared to drink because i love the way my stomach feels...i have been taking gas-x n that does help somewhat...i also took baking soda,but i stopped but that worked the best!!!(grandma's advice)....i'm going to take my time with the liquids soooo my stomach can heal slowly...i went to a cook-out yesterday n boi was i hard not to have a hot dog,chips,n watermelon!!! I did it!!! But it wasn't easy....well i'm off of work for 3wks n i'll be learning my new body....after your filled did u feel bloated again?? Do u have any suggestions...how long did u stay on the liquids?? Morning noel,yes the surgery went great!!! N i give god all the praises..however,i've been dealing with gas n it's killin me!!! Did u have this problem? It's been 4 days and i finally drank something...i got dehydrated n that's serious,but everytime i take a drink it hurts....do u have any suggestions? Welp,friends...my surgery went well!! Thank god,but i've been suffering since!!! This gas is killin me...n i don't want to drink it hurts soooo bad!!! Today was my 4th day and i could drink alot more...i had become dehydrated and i know that's not good...did anyone go through this,pls let me know u survived!!!

Wow!!! I finally made it!!! On my way to get banded!!!
