    Hi Swan! Sorry but I just saw this...my goal is 185:) how Iv lost the weight so far is exercising 3x per week and really watching what I eat...I feel like Im basically dieting with the exception is that I can't eat as much as I could before the band...Im under nicole wagner colbert or FB if you want to add me as a friend so we can chat
