  2. and it slowed my weight loss until jan I went and got a fill and it fell off in the first 30 days. Now Like I posted before I had b-day on 2/28 so my body is getting trained back to what I was doing...GOOD LUCK and remember take each day one step at a time.

  3. I'm currently down 183 today I started at 247. But before I started I went on a one-week liquid diet and lost 6 pounds. My sugestion to you if your able to eat more, do sallads with fat free dressing (just the vegetables only), it will fill you. You just need something to fill that extra space. Call your doctor and exaggerate NOW you need another fill asap. I've been there last year

  4. I've done the Glucerna because it was easier to go down and low in sugar, also in between means, I ate sugar free pudding, applesauce, mash potaoes,. anything that wouldn't stick to me inside. Also it kept the hunger down some. I only ate very little of it also. Good luck! This is only the beginning

  5. I've lost 59lbs and going strong. Surgery date 3/25/10. I advise everyone to keep on top of your fills. Once I got my second fill, I've lost 7lbs in a week (water weight) and it's been coming off every since. Keep up the good work everyone. It's not easy but it can be accomplished.

  6. It's hard but then it's not hard.. You have to ask yourself how bad do you want this....If food can still go through easily, than think of something you can eat that is low in fat, sugar carbs.... Such as sugar free icream-cream, sugar free pudding with a tablespoon of cool whip...I cup of mash potatoes with boil chicken....Boost or Glucerna drinks.. You can also go on this website for lapband people..www.realizemysuccess.com they have lots and lots of good food...Also do things around the house, create projects that never existed before. Call a friend that is into workingout even though they didn't get the band done....Try not to eat bread, white noodles and rice (even though the bread is whole grain, it's still bread) maybe once a week. Think of you fighting for you like you have never stood up and fought for you in your while life.... . Good luck! Please keep me posted.
