  1. Haven't been on here for awhile. Have lost 107lbs all together(Been on a break last few months) but I will get to nmy goal weight of 135lbs. Only20-25lbs to go.Doing well,still LOTS of compliments.Can't believe it's been over a YEAR since my sleeve!! I still love it, just that my tummy is a lot more sensitive now to things,but that's okay.Hope everyone is doing well!

  2. so like 10 days now sort of dieting(eating very low calorie) and NO WEIGHT LOSS! wtf??? It is REALLY frustrating me! Here I am trying hard to get back on track and lost 7lbs the 1st week or so, and now NOTHING! How am I supposed to stay motivated if this crap is all I get?

  6. Well so much for that. I lost my pregnancy last week. Extremely heartbreaking.So I guess I'll be getting back on the diet wagon now. I'm 175lbs and need to get down to 130lbs my original goal weight.Just gonna try and get to my goal,stop smoking,and get healthy.   7. 6 WEEKS PREGNANT AND DOING PRETTY GOOD. I GAINED ABOUT 7LBS BUT THAT WAS JUST ME NOT WATCHING MYSELF.i AM DOING BETTER NOW ALREADY. EATING HEALTHY, AND SO EXCITED FOR THIS BABY!   8. Is it possible to still lose weight and be healthy while pregnant? Not a lot of weight mind you,just a little being as I'm still overweight to begin with (still have 35lbs to go after losing 100lbs.)I'm not gonna be all obsessed about dieting at all,I just don't want to gain a bunch of weight & have that much more to lose after I have the baby. And I do know that i need to be eating protein 1st and what not. Any advice?

  9. well,lost the 100lbs with 35lbs to go and just found out i'm about 3 weeks pregnant! Guess the sleeve helps PCOS!! woohoo! Very glad but not sure how to deal with eating and .y sleeve with being pg. NOT gonna gain alot of weight!And what I DO gain, I'm losing ASAP. yAY ME.

  10. So today I hit my 100lb loss mark! WOOHOO!!!!!!!!!! Feels awesome! Lost 95lbs in 5.5 months.(took a couple months off.slacker). But I WILL reach my goal! Yaaaaaay! me!!

  11. OH BOY.feel like I'vr really blown it.I've been eating terrible the last few days. Not alot mind you, just not actually "diet" food. A bit depressed. Have a pinched nerve in right leg so my foot is numb & I can't walk completely normal.Totally wiped out at work last week.ugh.Dr.says it should heal in a couple months.Uggghhhhhhhhh!

  12. I just don't understand how eating 800-1000 calories a dayand a very active job 8 hours a day DOESN'T make one lose weight! How can that be when you're putting out more than you're taking in??Ticking me off!

  13. So just doing 2 Costco Premier protein shakes a day. 30g of protein each. Seems to be helping so far, cuz I've lost 2 lbs over the weekend(and I even cheated with a sucker or 2!Naughty I know!) But I feel like I'm back on track!woohoo! 97lbs lost since March 15th and 38lbs to go!

  14. Havent tried 5 day pouch test yet. Don't know if I have the patience this week. I did get costco premier protein shakes 30g per shake. Gonna do 3 a day + dinner.woohoo! Or pouch test 1st.haven't decided yet.

  15. Gonna try the 5 day pouch test and then up my protein to 90g per day. OR maybe just up the protein & exercise & see what happens. Either way, I pray to be back on track losing SOON. :-)

  16. Almost 6 months out and feel like I have lost my way somewhat. Haven't been making all the best choices and it shows(170's for a month straight due mostly to bad choices) I think I need to get back to basics. What is a good idea for that? Do the 5 day pouch test?Start back on clears for awhile for structure? I feel like I need to basically start over here. Any advice is helpful.)

  17. This is really pissing me off. After being in the 170's for a WHOLE month, (GRRRRRRR!) I finally got down to 170.4 a couple days ago. Well, I haven't pooed for 6 dasy, and now my weight is 172.4lbs!! I swear I'm NEVER gonna break 169lbs!! So damn frustrating!!

  19. Why is it that if I drink water at night, the weight is STILL on the scale the next day?? Makes me not want to drink barely anything at all!

  20. wow! That is amazing! Congrats! I had my sleeve March 15th of this year. I've lost 90lbs in 5 months! woohoo! It's so great but I have 44lbs to go and i worry i won't get to the end of the road.

  22. Well I FINALLY hit my 90lb. loss! wow. 90lbs gone in 5 months! woohoo! My body sure is taking it's sweet time these days to get rid of even ONE pound. 4-6 days to lose a ound.ugh.Not used to that.

  24. Body being weird last 2 weeks or so. Not losing like I normally do.Not sure wut's going on but i DON'T like it!As of right now, Ive lost 87lb.s (4lbs in the last 2 weeks)HOPE THINGS GET BACK ON TRACK AND SOON!

  25. 85lbs gone in roughly 4.5 months.(still 8 days before the 5 month moark). so woohoo!
