  1. MY LIFE HAS TOTALLY CHANGED AND IT HAS CHANGED INTO SOMETHING VERY GOOD.!!!:smile:

    I HAVE LOST A TOTAL OF 59 POUNDS SINCE THE LAST TIME I WEIGHED WITH WAS BACK IN DECEMBER...:biggrin:

    IM IN A SIZE 14 CAN FIT IN SOME 12'S 16'S ARE WAAAY TO BIG FOR ME I FINALLY CLEANED OUT MY CLOSET WHICH MADE ME FEEL SO GOOD. :cool2:

    I DONT HAVE ALOT OF THINGS NOW BUT IF FEELS GREAT TO BUY 14'S OR 1X SHIRTS OR SKIRTS....:P

    MY GOAL IS TO WEAR A SIZE 8 NOT SURE WHERE THAT WILL PUT ME AS FAR AS MY WEIGHT GOES.:wink2:

    I WISH EVERYONE THE BEST OF LUCK AND I HOPE WE ALL GET TO OUR GOALS....:tongue::tongue::tongue:


  2. Im here to post my feelings and progess

    My total weight loss is 33 pounds!! :whoo:in 3 months!!!

    That's 33 pounds that I will never see again in my life!

    I was disappointed because I thought it would have been more but I had to sit back and remember that I have only been on this road for 3 months now and I'm happy as hell!!!!

    my currrent weight is 240 and I also lost some emotional baggage * a old boyfriend* :lol:

    My goal is to be 230 by August 6 that's my next doctors appointment. :)

    So wish all of you luck and much sucess and hang in there things will get better of all of us. :clap2::clap2::ranger:


  3. I'VE BEEN EXTRA AGGRAVATED FOR THE PAST 2 WEEKS NOT SURE WHY BUT I HAVE....:lol:

    I WENT TO SEE MY GYNO FOR REGULAR CHECK UP!!

    SHE DIDNT KNOW WHO I WAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!:):P !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I GOT ON THE SCALE AND IT READ 245......:D

    MY TOTAL LOSS IS 29 POUNDS IN 2 1/2 MONTHS!!!!;)

    I'M VERY PROUD OF ME!! :P

    HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO EVERYONE AND I WILL SEE YOU GUYS SOON!!!


  4. One of the worst nights ever!

    I PB'ed for the first time ever since being banned in March

    I only tooks two bites of a 6 in subway sandwich and 3.2 seconds later

    A huge amount of SLIME AND MORE SLIME CAME FROM MY BODY!!!

    So ran to the restroom and fell to me knees and coughed one time and low and behold a ball of subway wrapped in slime!!!!!

    I cried and doubted my doctor and i wanted the band out of me!!

    i calmed down and just relaxed and i felt better after a few hours still wasnt able to eat much so i just went to bed

    no more pb'ing for me i cant deal with that!!!

    isopure - 0 calories 40 grams of protein

    half cup of soup - 120 calories

    less than half cup of tuna with egg - ???

    dinner - pork chops baked or fried ???:lol:

    Im so sleepy:notagree

    so i tried to sneak in a chicken strip and OUCH!!!! OUCH!!!!

    IT HURT SO BAAADDD!!!!!

    RESTRICTION IS SUCH A BLESSING

    I FINALLY STARTED MY EXERCISE ROUTINE!

    I DID 45MINS OF CARDIO!!!! TAE-BO!!!!!:lol:

    BILLY BLANKS WHIPPED MY TAIL :angry

    PUNCHING BAGS, SIDE KICK, SQUATS!!!!!:tired

    WHY ME!!!

    BUT I FEEL GOOD! I FEEL LIKE IM DOING MORE ON MY PART!! I HAVE TO REMEBER THE BAND IS A TOOL TO HELP ME!!!!! :P

    SO FOR SOME REASON I GET REALLY NERVOUS WHEN I COMES TO FILLS!!!

    MOMENT OF TRUTH CURRENT WEIGHT 252 I LOST A POOUND!!! SINCE FRIDAY!!!

    THE DOCTOR MADE ME LOOK HIM IN THE EYE AND SAY

    "I WILL NOT DRINK WHILE I EAT"

    GOT A 1CC AND A HALF PUT IN MY BEAUTIFUL BAND!

    LIQUIDS FOR TODAY

    MENU SO FAR -BREAKFAST: SLIMFAST

    LUNCH: BROCOLLI & CHEESE SOUP

    SNACK: STRAWBERRY & CREAM SLIM FAST

    DINNER:SMOOTHIE KING GOTTA GET MY PROTEIN!:)


  7. The scale that I got on last week was totally wrong!!! It read 250:p

    I got on that same scale Monday it read 240:confused: then 260!@!!:think

    I got on a different scale at church on yesterday it read 260!!!!:think

    I went to the gym and got on a ditgital scale it read 253.2!!!!:phanvan

    So my total weight loss is :straight 3 pounds since my first fill on 4-16-07

    total weight loss is 21 pounds!!!

    I called my doctor I'm going in for another fill on Tuesday!!!!

    I gotta get it right this time...


  8. I want/will lost 24 more pounds by June 11th!!!!!

    I lost 24 pounds in 7 weeks so I know I can do this.

    I have a new support system my EX-HUSABND!!!!!

    I'm happy with the goal and very excited to have new support!

    If I lost 24 more pounds that will put my total loss to 48POUNDS!

    I think it is a reasonable goal!

    I wish the best to all!!!!


  9. So I tried again to eat a piggy in the blanket and my band said NO MA'AM

    My band kicked my tail for the first time this morning!:phanvan

    I will NEVER EVER eat or attempt to eat another Piggy N Da Blanket!:o

    For some reason I dont think I'm losing weight I do eat smaller portions but as far is weight is concerned I do think it's coming off.

    I'm going to buy a scale this evening *I'm so afraid of the scale*

    I weighed myself today!!!!!!!!!

    my food intake was very small

    fruity trail mix for breakfast, lunch, late snack dinner was *i cant remember*

    yesterday was trail mix, water, mashed potatoes, dinner 1 hot link

    today

    Breakfast

    half of the the top part of a low fat muffin

    half of a slim fast protein drink

    half cup of cranberry juice

    lunch

    ??

    Dinner

    ??

    FEELING GOOD TODAY, LITTLE SLEEPY

    TAKING MORE PICTURES OF MYSELF NOW!!!

    CURRENT WEIGHT 256 AND BEAUTIFUL

    breakfast - SLIM FAST LOW CARB DIET SHAKE & brand muffin

    Protein 20grams

    Lunch - very small portion of cheinese food

    Dinner - the rest of the chienese food

    exercise - walked around the mall at lunch time
