Ok gals, how did surgery go and what issues are u having? Mine would be the incision soreness. Didn't get nauseated at all. Knock knock. Havent taken any pain meds yet. I stayed in the hospital 1 night.

LOL, good luck to u as well. Are u nervous at all as I am? My surgery is at 8 am. I hope we have a quick & painless recovery.

My Dr includes it in the program. It was delivered to my door along with all the pre op and post op vitamins, calcium crystals, and the choc and vanilla protein shakes. bariatriceating.com sells it, and probably if u Googled it u can find it other places too. My daughter tasted it and said it is like dessert, LOL.
