    Hello everyone, I am just finishing up with all the pre-qualifing appointments for my lap-band surgery. Psycho therapy, nutritionist, labs, sleep studies, etc... Now, I am ready to begin my real journey. I'm calling my surgeon today to make my appt to schedule surgery. I am excited to finally get a little help to what seems to have been a lifetime of fat. I love all your posts and support, I'm sure you'll be hearing from me!!
     
    I do have one question. My Dr. has recommended Slimfast Low Carb or Atkins shakes pre-surgical....Which one is better?? I can't do Chalk!!
