    Wii Fit

The Jillian Michaels game for the Wii is faulty at best. However, the wii fit games are awesome. Outdoor Challenge can burn quite a few calories and is alot of fun. Boxing is another big calorie burner. You can burn fewer calories and have fun with tennis and snowboarding. Also Dance Dance Revolution is awesome. There are so many options with the Wii - I don't mind exercising.
  5. Everyone is different with the band. Before the band I could not eat anything spicy. Even a plain old hotdog gave me heartburn. I am very very restricted (3.6cc out of a 4cc band) and I never get heartburn from foods. I eat the spiciest food I can tolerate with my mouth right now and it is exciting. I do get heartburn but from the craziest thing - any kind of chapstick known to man immediately causes insane heartburn. In essence, we are all different and believe me - every fill is different.

    Soda - Is this dumb?

I would only drink diet coke before my surgery. However, I had no problem giving that up since the surgery - more than a year ago. Everything seems to taste different after banding and soda just no longer has that appeal.

    Bodybugg users report here!

I originally bought it without the display but hated not being able to see the results of my activity until night time. So, for Christmas my husband bought me the watch - wouldn't want to go without it ever again.

    Wierd bubbling

I don't believe it is an indication of being too tight. There are much more telling signs of being overfilled. I have never been too tight, but still get this bubbling. Honestly I think it is from the types of food I may eat at a given time. I never put a whole lot of effort into tracking it but I am sure if I logged my food and when it happened, there would be a pattern to the food consumption. I have no desire to be filled too tight or even close to that. I would rather aggressively exercise.

    Wierd bubbling

I don't know exactly what that is but I get it too. About once a day now. It isn't a burping but when my family hears it they say "aren't you going to say excuse me?" Well, I would if I burped. Anyway, it never happens at work for some reason although immediately after the surger it did once or twice and fortunately no one was around to hear it.

For any of you that currently are using the bodybugg - how do you deal with how irritating the band strap is? My arm is raw after wearing it (except for bed time) for 2 days. Does it not cause irritation for other people? Thanks

    Bodybugg users report here!

I just received my bodybugg. However, it requires a username and password which I don't have - I ordered it through 24hourfitness.com without signing up online with an account first. I can't seem to get the correct person on the phone to set me up. I hope I can get this resolved today...

You just need to check every day. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason when they reduce prices. It will drop.

    30 GB Zune any good?

I have a Zune, an IPOD NANO, and a palm pc that plays music. The IPOD nano has appropriate technology for working out. The zune is not intended to bounce around and can be severely damaged if you do so. They have different memory chips in them. Having said that - I find the zune much easier to use and work with and has much better sound. I hate the "wheel" on ipods. BUT, for working out I always use my nano. Additionally, the zune really is too bulky to work out with - it would be like wearing 10 nanos. The zune will keep my kids quiet for hours. I have 450 cd's and they are all on my zune - and only fill up about 1/2 of the capacity. I obviously can't fit nearly that much on my 8gb nano.
