Hi, just want to thank you for doing the Christmas challenge. I am excited. I was banded 4/29/10.

I used to be a member of the Y. It was the best. I felt ok doing the classes, especially the water class b/c everyone was older or overweight. B/R is a Breast Reduction. I am starting to heal but it is a slow process. I am doing great with the band though. I go for my 3rd fill next wed.

Hey. To get your ticker tape below signature I will direct you to where I got my info. Only cause I really can't remember with out help. First go to the main lap band page. Click on the General Lap Band surgery Discussion

then scroll down part way Click on ticker tutorial with pictures. Read entire post first then go back and do what it says. Btrigger also posted right under the first post. I might have used his advice or combo of both. Any ways you will get it. Let me know if you have any problems.

I had fill 2 days ago. ifeel nothing yet, but Doctor told me I wouldn't until 3 rd fill. So yea still dieting as well. I feel great from the band but I had a B/R. 2 wks ago. That one has left me in pain and I can only walk 30 min. aday. I still have to wait 4 wks. before water class. Have fun in Miami!!

Hi, my name is Teri, I was banded 4/29/10 I am a Mom and wife as well, saw your buddy post and would love to stay in touch and offer eachother encouragment as well as advice.

Just thought I woud say hi, as we share the same interest(family and reading). After raising 6 kids of my own, I do home childcare as well.

Hi. How long have you been Banded?? I still struggle with cravings as well. I found that s/f jello with a can of un-sweeten fruit cocktail with a little low fat cool whip. s/f pudding w/ cool whip and I drink a lot of crystal light. It is not the same but it get me through. O yea I spend a lot of time on here as well. If my fingers are typing I can't shove food in my mouth!! lol.

Hi Brdgette. I found you on another thread for scrappbooking. It does'nt look like anyone uses it anymore. I used to be a Stampin Up! demo. years ago. I have been thinking about dusting them off and putting them to use. I was banded a month ago and need something to do with my hands besides eat. How are you doing?
