<p>Independence day will mean more to me than just fireworks. I celebrated my personal Independence, hence the name rebirth7414. I had my surgery in Tijuana Mexico on July 4th. I was so nervous about going out of the country. It turned out to be a wonderful experience. I'm a week out today and still on liquids. I went in grocery store yesterday to get some things first time I ever walked through and didn't have a desire for stuff of course bad stuff. I bought frozen fruit to make smoothies. I am ready to start working out but I know my body isn't. My stomach is still sore swelling is going down. In a few months I will be looking at a new person in the mirror. I cant wait to meet her!</p>

Hi! I was sleeved on July 1 in puerto vallarta mexico as a self pay. At the time of surgery, my BMI was. 34.86. I'm short (5.0) and carry my weight in the mid section. I am happy to report that I had zero complications from surgery. I woke up, walked around, and felt pretty good. I spent additional days in PV and was able to do a lot of walking with my family with no problems at all. I started full liquids today and had cream of broccoli Soup which was yummy. I also started my Premier Protein shakes.< /p>
