I take a Prilosec in the morning and the evening.

I have been gaining and losing the same 2 lbs all month. I struggle with food choices as vacations/ getting ready for school/work makes me stressed but am ready for next week to start to get back on track. I go in for hopefully fill #5 on Monday.
-
Just keep trying and don't give up.

Great job! Did you find that you did each week once, or did you feel like you had to go back and restart a week at all? I am doing my 3day of Week 1 tomorrow and I'm curious if I will be able to move on to Week 2I never did a whole week over. I just did it for another day and that usually helped. Keep it up. It is amazing.

That is awesome. Keep up the good work. Running is amazing. I am on week 8 of Couch to 5K. I never thought I could run either.

I finished Week 8 day 1. I hit a wall on Monday and had to stop. Today was a better day. Can't wait until Monday again to finish day 2.
Keep up the good work everyone.

I do too. I was banded in April and can't figure out what it is. I thought I was dehydrated. Glad to know I am not the only one.

I went on vacation at the beginning of the month and can't get back on track to lose the 2 lbs I gained on vacation. I am stressed because of getting kids back to school and starting full time job. I am exhausted and can't make myself get up to exercise.
Any suggestions, hints or tips to stop eating crap?
Thanks,
Alicia

That is awesome. I am down from a 22 to an 18 and they are getting loose. 16s are still too tight. I am hopeful.

Doing Week 7 day 3 tomorrow. Am nervous about moving to week 8. Any suggestions on music?

Good job. Way to go. I got my picture taken yesterday and still have a long ways to go but am on my last belt buckle on new belt.

I feel like I am getting a pressure in my chest. Almost like stuck but not that bad. I was banded on April 6th and just had my 4th fill on Monday. Good luck.

I've been getting that too. I have been wondering what it was.

Finished week 5 day 3 today. I felt good about it and am happy it is over. What a sense of accomplishment. YEA me!

I finally read through all the posts. It has taken me months and months. I am doing the Couch to 5K as well. I am on week 5 day 3 on Monday. Thanks for all those who have motivated me. Keep it up.

That is so awesome.

Awesome. Keep up the good work. I am on week 4 and am scared of next week. You are doing great.

I would try OA. It is free. They do pass around a donation basket but it is optional or you can even put in a dollar. It might help, at least to think about why you binge.

Couch to 5K is amazing. They have podcasts that you can download to your ipod and it will tell you when to run and when to walk.

Don't give up. The first months are the hardest. It is hard to avoid the head stuff that we have dealt with our whole lives. We didn't get a band around our head just our stomach. Don't let your head psych you out.
Keep coming back. That is what everyone is here for.

Melissa and Bridgit,
I would love to be partners with you guys. I was banded on April 6th. I am 39, almost 40 and am looking for some support. I know how you feel with the skinny husband. 6 foot 1 and 34 inch waist. He thinks he is fat.
Let me know.
Thanks,
Alicia

I did mine yesterday. It was a run/walk and I did it in 42 minutes. I was so excited.
