I am tired of being tired. I have tried a billion diets, gyms and anything that can be tried. I have diabetes, ankle problems, sleep apnea and high cholesterol. I am sick of being sick and spending a million dollars on medications. I have 3 beautiful kids and a wonderful husband who loves me. I am excited for this new chapter in my life and am ready to be a mom and wife that I deserve to be. This year I turn 40 and I am shooting to be off some of my medicine by my birthday.
