    OK am new on here am one week post surgery and currently enjoying my liquid diet cannot wait though to my third week to taste some food again. Apart from that spent the week recovering and doing a 30 minute walk oh boy and joined a gym which i canot use for 4 weeks but hey at least that is a start.
